Fill out Form
Read and agree upon Qurtuba’s terms, download the application form, fill it out and sign it.

Prepare Payment
Acquire a minimum of 20 shares type B. We accept Cheques and Pre-authorized Debit (PAD).

Submit Application
Submit the application form, the payment along with a copy of your ID by email to info@qurtuba.ca. You can also mail them or hand deliver them to the office.
